• Sheet Set (Twin size, including flat, fitted, and pillowcase)
**Massage Table is not needed.
**Please wear comfortable massage attire as you will be giving and receiving massage. No blue jeans, flip flops or bare feet.
Understanding back pain and knowing the anatomy is a must for anyone looking to help their clients with chronic or acute back pain.
You will learn the history of lower back pain as well as orthopedic testing. Per AMTA - “Americans spend at least $50 billion each year on low back pain, the most common cause of job-related disability and a leading contributor to missed work. Back pain is the second most common neurological ailment in the United States."
This class will focus on Anterior Tilt Plevis. There are also 2 other classes that will be available soon, Posterior Tilt Pelvis and High Hip.
